Coffee & Perishables
All coffee and other food and beverage purchases are final sale. Because these products are perishable and roasted to order to ensure freshness, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll review the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Equipment, Apparel & Merchandise
All equipment, apparel, and merchandise sales are final sale. Many of our merchandise items are produced by local artisans, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept returns on any equipment or merchandise unless there is a confirmed error with your order. If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days for retail and 5 days for wholesale. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or delivery errors caused by the shipping provider.
