This bean was cultivated by Lake Atitlan in Guatemala’s highlands by 27 producers under one farm operation.  This fully washed and sun dried bean produces a bright and balanced cup of coffee. This has been a staple coffee for us, and it keeps delivering. We have been purchasing coffee from this cooperative for 3 years, and we keep it around for a reason! Smooth, delicious and a really balanced espresso and super smooth for a morning breakfast drip coffee.
